Delete Account

You can delete your Wavcart account directly from within the app:

1. Log in to your Wavcart account
2. Go to Settings → Profile
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
4. Confirm your decision in the pop-up dialog
5. Your account will be queued for deletion immediately

• Your account is immediately deactivated, you lose access right away
• All personal data, settings, contacts, and broadcast history are queued for permanent deletion
• Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately, no further billing occurs
• Shared data (e.g., messages sent to WhatsApp contacts) that has already been delivered cannot be recalled
• Permanent deletion is completed within 30 days of your request

Some data may be retained after deletion as required by Indian law:

• Billing and payment records: retained for 7 years as required by the GST Act and Income Tax Act
• Transaction logs: retained for up to 5 years as required under IT Act intermediary guidelines
• Fraud prevention data: retained for up to 2 years to prevent re-registration by banned users

This retained data is not used for marketing and is only accessed for legal compliance purposes.

If you want to stop being billed but keep your data, consider these alternatives:

• Simply let your plan lapse by not renewing it, plans never renew automatically and your data is preserved
• Pause your account by contacting us at work@thinksuite.in
• Downgrade to a free plan (when available) to retain access at no cost

If you are unable to log in to delete your account, use the form below to submit a deletion request. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
