Wavcart is a product built and operated by ThinkSuite Solutions ("ThinkSuite", "we", "our", "us"). ThinkSuite is the company responsible for the Wavcart platform, including its WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and Social Media automation products.

All user accounts, subscriptions, payments, billing, and accounting activities on the Wavcart platform are managed exclusively by ThinkSuite. When you pay for any Wavcart service, your payment is collected by and remitted to ThinkSuite Solutions.

ThinkSuite is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

By registering or using any Wavcart service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Account Information:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Business name, GSTIN, and business category
• WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) details including phone number and WABA ID
• Profile and workspace settings you configure on our platform

Usage Data:

• Broadcasts sent, templates used, and message delivery statistics
• Contacts imported, segments created, and chatbot interaction logs

Technical Data:

• IP address, browser type, and device information for security purposes
• Log data including pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions

• To create, maintain, and operate your Wavcart account
• To deliver WhatsApp messages via Meta's WhatsApp Business API
• To process payments and manage billing and accounting via Razorpay on behalf of ThinkSuite
• To analyse platform usage and improve our features
• To send important product updates, security alerts, and service notifications
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We integrate with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Meta WhatsApp Business API, for message delivery and template management
• Razorpay, for payment processing on behalf of ThinkSuite (we do not store card or UPI credentials)
• Google Firebase, for sign-in and secure data storage
• Cloudinary, for storing media files you upload
• Railway.app, for backend server hosting
• Nodemailer / email provider, for transactional emails

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorised ThinkSuite personnel
• Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments are performed

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. Please report any suspected security issues to work@thinksuite.in immediately.

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
• Broadcast and message history: retained for 12 months
• Payment and billing records: retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST Act)
• Contact data: deleted within 30 days of account deletion unless required by law

As a user of Wavcart, you have the following rights under applicable Indian law:

• Access, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion, request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Portability, request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection, object to processing of your data for marketing purposes

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your login session (authentication cookies)
• Remember your preferences and settings
• Analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve our platform

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using core platform features.

Wavcart services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us personal data, we will delete it promptly. See our Child Safety Standards policy for more details.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Wavcart after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
