Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy describes how Wavcart, a product built and operated by ThinkSuite Solutions, structures its subscription plans, billing practices, and pricing across its WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and Social Media automation products.

All payment collection, invoicing, GST compliance, and accounting are managed exclusively by ThinkSuite Solutions. When you subscribe to any Wavcart plan, you are paying ThinkSuite directly. All receipts and billing documents will be issued under ThinkSuite Solutions.

• New WhatsApp Automation accounts can send 10 messages free to try the platform
• No card or payment details are needed for the free messages
• After the free messages are used, sending pauses until you choose a paid plan

Each Wavcart product is priced separately. Current monthly plans (prices exclude GST; 18% GST is added at checkout):

All payments are collected by ThinkSuite Solutions and processed securely through Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include:

• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps)
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
• Debit cards
• Net banking (major Indian banks)
• Razorpay wallet

We do not store your card or UPI credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. ThinkSuite Solutions is the merchant of record for all Wavcart transactions.

• Plan prices are shown exclusive of GST
• GST at 18% is added at checkout; the checkout page shows the price, the GST and the total before you pay
• Each payment record on your billing page shows the plan price, the GST charged and the total paid
• Payment records for every purchase are available on your billing page
• International payments are not currently supported

• Each payment activates the chosen plan for one month
• Plans do not renew or charge automatically; you renew from your billing page when you want to continue
• Renewing or switching plans before the current period ends adds one month to that period
• If a period ends without renewal, paid features pause until you renew

• We reserve the right to adjust our subscription prices at any time
• Price changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect
• Existing subscribers will retain their current pricing until the next billing cycle after the notice period
• Continuing to use the service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). International card payments may be subject to foreign transaction fees charged by your bank, we are not responsible for such fees.
