Questions about pricing
Do the plans include messages?
Yes, some. Every plan includes template and broadcast messages each month: 1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Growth and 50,000 on Pro. Beyond that, Wavcart charges ₹0.06 per message from your wallet (replies inside a 24-hour conversation are always free). If you use the official Meta API, Meta also bills its own conversation charge to your Meta account.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 10 free WhatsApp messages with all features switched on. No card is needed. When they are used up, choose a plan and recharge your wallet to keep sending.
Is GST included?
Plan prices and message fees are shown without GST. 18% GST is added at checkout, and the checkout shows the price, the GST and the total before you pay.
What is the wallet?
The wallet pays for messages beyond your plan's monthly included ones. Recharge from ₹500; the amount you recharge is what gets credited, with GST added on top. Messages beyond your plan's included ones take ₹0.06 each from it.
What happens when I reach my contact limit?
You can keep sending to everyone you already have. Adding more contacts, by hand, by CSV or by API, is paused until you upgrade. A CSV import adds contacts up to the limit and tells you how many were left out.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Plans last a month and never charge your card on their own. Renew from the billing page when you want to continue; renewing early adds a month to your current period.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Pick another plan on the billing page at any time. Your contacts, templates and chatbots stay as they are.
Is API access included?
API access is a separate add-on on any plan: ₹1,999 for a month or ₹9,999 for a year.
